What will Gemini Enterprise actually cost you?
Seat count and rollout shape are the two things most organizations get wrong before this decision, and both are knowable before you have a quote. Put your numbers in and the arithmetic is below.
We do not publish pricing here. Enter the per-seat rate from your own Google quote, or leave it blank to model seat counts alone. Nothing on this page is an offer, and it makes no claim about savings or payback in your environment.

Add a per-seat rate to see the cost lines. We have not filled one in for you on purpose.
How the ramp lands
Seats are only billed once a wave goes live, which is why the first year costs less than twelve months at full run.
What the seat price does not cover
- Getting your data into a state an agent can use. Usually the largest line, and the one nobody budgets.
- Change management and enablement. A seat nobody opens costs the same as one somebody lives in.
- Integration work for the systems you want it grounded in.
- Admin and security configuration, and the review that has to pass before rollout.
The gap between the license number and the real number is where these programs get into trouble. We would rather say so than hand you a tidier figure.
Start with a scoped engagement, not a proposal.
A workshop to identify where the value is. An assessment to plan the work properly. A pilot to prove it in your environment before you commit. Each one is a defined piece of work with a deliverable, not an open-ended statement of work.
