The site, its text, its design and its code belong to SoftPool. Product names belong to the companies that own them.

Everything published on this site is general information about cloud architecture and AI adoption. It is not professional advice for your environment, and no engagement, retainer or duty of care begins because you read it or filled in a form.

Where we describe an approach, a reference architecture or an illustrative scenario, it describes how work of that kind is typically done. It is not a promise of a result in your organisation, and it is not a representation about any particular client.

Nothing here is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to a price, a timeline or a service level. Those exist only in a signed agreement.

The assessment scores the ten answers you give it. It does not inspect your systems, it cannot verify what you tell it, and the score is a conversation starter rather than an audit, a certification or a security review. Decisions about your architecture should rest on an actual review of your environment.

The assistant on this site is an AI system. It can be wrong, it can be out of date, and it does not speak for SoftPool. Do not send it confidential information, credentials or personal data about other people. Anything it tells you about pricing, availability or commitments needs confirming with a person before you rely on it.

Messages you send are processed by our AI provider to generate a reply and are handled under our privacy policy.

Where we link to documentation or other third-party material, we do not control it and are not responsible for it.

We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. To the fullest extent the law allows, SoftPool is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or for any decision taken on the strength of information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Miami-Dade County have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
