Access or delete your data

We acknowledge the request, confirm who you are where we need to, and then act on it. A deletion reaches every store that holds a copy — our visit and campaign records, any assessment you completed, chat history and correspondence — not only our contact list.

Some records have to survive a deletion request: invoices and contract documents we are required to keep for tax and legal reasons, and a minimal note of your request itself so we can show it was honoured. We tell you what was kept and why.
